Fox DPX / FLOAT X Volume Spacers aftermarket equivalent to Fox PN 803-01-251 for 1/2″ shaft.
You may receive these in a different colour to that pictured. We have always printed these in green but availability of the green material has been non existent with the supplier. We are still using the same material from the same trusted supplier that we have been for years, the only thing that has changed is the colour. Some might be yellow, some might be green.
Volume spacers will increase the spring curve of your rear shock making it stiffer at the end of the stroke. This is a great way to keep your shock nice and active at the start of the stoke as you can run lower pressures thereby decreasing breakaway friction and improving small bump compliance. The increased spring curve will help prevent progressing through the travel too quickly and the shock bottoming out.
These parts are 3d printed from a high quality chemical and oil resistant polymer – PETG, which is used for drinks bottles, chemical containers, fuel tanks etc. We do not use PLA in any of our 3d printed products.
