Every effort is made by Bounce to ensure that you are completely satisfied by the service you receive from us. That said it is important that you understand who your contract will be with as well as the terms and conditions of any contract entered into with Bounce.
“Bounce MTB Suspension Servicing” and “Bounce” are trading styles of Rivington Leisure Limited, Company Number 8761750. Any contract entered into will relate to Rivington Leisure Limited.
These terms and conditions will apply to servicing and purchases whether made via our website, over the telephone, in person or by email. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy (web purchases, not servicing)
You will need:
- A copy of your receipt.
- A completed Returns Form.
- Details of any item you’d like in exchange if applicable.
- A proof of postage for when you return the item(s) to us.

What is your return policy?
If you ordered the wrong item; no longer require the item; were sent the wrong item; or the item is faulty – simply return the item to us in its original condition & packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How do I return my item (s)?
Simply send your item back to the address on our contact page. Please ensure that you package items carefully and that you ensure that you obtain a proof of postage or a signature. Please note that we accept no liability for lost items prior to them reaching us.
Do I need to contact you before returning an item?
You do not need to contact us before sending your return. Simply return the item(s) together with your receipt and Returns Form to:
What if the item(s) are more than 14 days old and there is a fault?
You will still need to return the item(s) to us with a copy of your receipt and the Returns Form. The relevant product will then be returned to the manufacturer or distributor and a warranty claim will be raised upon your behalf.
We aim to despatch all web orders to you within 2 working days of the order. Please note that this excludes complete bikes and handbuilt wheels to which up to 5 working days should be expected before despatch. If for any reason these timescales cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted and advised accordingly.
All service work is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of your invoice to be free from defects in workmanship. Any product that is returned within this period and is found to be defective in workmanship will be repaired free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to products that have not been properly installed, maintained, adjusted correctly or simply misused. Neither does it cover product/component failure or wear and tear. If a warranty claim arises in the first instance the item(s) in question should be returned to us. If it is discovered that there is a defect in our workmanship the item(s) will be repaired free of charge and all postage fees you have incurred will be refunded. In the event our assessment concludes that the fault is not as a result of our workmanship we will quote you for the necessary repair, our decision in this matter will be final.
It is your responsibility to check the operation of your fork or shock within the warranty period, please note that the warranty period will not be extended even if you state that you have not used the item.
Payment of cleared funds is required before any any work will be commenced on your item(s). Payment can be made by either Direct Bank Transfer or by Paypal.
We do not hold, nor do we have access to any Bank Card details.
Insurance of your Item(s) and damage or loss during transit
It is your responsibility to ensure that your item(s) is/are adequately insured against damage or loss when posting them to Bounce. Bounce accepts no responsibility for items that have been lost or damaged before they have been received by Bounce.
All prices quoted by Bounce include return postage which will include insurance for their return to you.
Please note that it is understood that Royal Mail (“RM”) have been disposing of suspension components as it is claimed that these components fall under what the describe as “Prohibited Goods”. Until such time that we become aware of a statement from RM specifically stating that they will not dispose of MTB components, we can cannot recommend that you send item(s) to us using their services.
In the event that you post and item to us and for whatever reason you decide to cancel your order, we will retain £20 of any monies already paid by you to cover the cost of return postage to you and administration.
In the event that you have not made payment you will need to make a payment of £20 to us for the costs set out above, or arrange for your own courier to collect your items
Remember, a service isn’t the same thing as a repair so please don’t assume that a service will rectify any defects that you may have. Please notify us of all problems you have before instructing us to service your items. In many cases it doesn’t necessarily mean there will be additional costs, but remember that although we will test your items before sending them back, we aren’t going to take them on a ride. This means that an intermittent problem may not be apparent when testing in the workshop. If you neglect to mention a defect and wish to return your item(s) to us then the full service charge will once again be levied in addition the cost of any additional parts/labour that may be required.
Every so often we receive an item which is suffering from damage or defects that the owner was not aware of and that will not be dealt with under a standard service. If this is the case Bounce will contact you with details of the fault in question and a quote for repair. It is completely up to you whether you accept any additional charges or whether you wish to proceed with the original service previously set out.
Bounce will not commence any additional work unless any additional parts and labour charges have been accepted by you and payment has been received in respect of the same.
In the event that you decide not to proceed with the service you originally paid for,or if it is not possible due to the nature of the defect your item(s) are subject to, a £20 cancellation fee (to cover return postage and administration) will be deducted from any monies already paid by you before the item is returned to you.
Alternatively you can arrange for your own courier to collect the item(s) from our trading premises between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays to avoid this charge.
Our quoted turnaround time is simply a target, if we are not able to complete a service or repair within the stated turnaround time for whatever reason no compensation or refund will be due to the client regardless of the circumstances.
If our courier is unable to deliver your item(s) following your service and they are returned to us, a £20 charge will be levied before we attempt to resend it/them to you. Alternatively you can arrange for your own courier to collect the item(s) from our trading premises between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays to avoid this charge.
We use various couriers to return your items to you to ensure that high standards and competitive prices are maintained. All items will need to be signed for upon return in the case of suspension servicing and purchases from Bounce.
All return addresses will need to be within mainland U.K. Please note that we do not post items to the following locations:
- Orkney Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Southern Ireland
If you specify a return address within one of the above locations you will need to arrange for your own courier to collect your item(s) following your service and no refund will be issued in respect of the payment you have already made.
Bounce will collect and store the information we need to complete your service and to return the item(s) to you or to fulfill an order you have placed with us. Bounce will only share these details with one of the couriers we use and will not share your details with anyone else.
We may issue newsletters to you and details of any offers or promotions. I you would not like to receive these offers please press the unsubscribe button.
In addition to the information you provide some data may be collected by Bounce in the form of Cookies. Cookies are small computer files stored in your browser. Our Website cookies do not collect or store personal information, nor do they allow us access to your computer in any way.
